This community is designed for adults who choose to live in a shared residential environment while maintaining independence and personal responsibility.

Privates rooms and shared room all have extra large twin size beds that you can view listed on the site

The process is as follow: Housing Referral Intake Form must be completed by case manager or social worker prior to access to the membership intake form. Once the membership intake form has been completed. We verify all information that has been provided if you pass the membership intake. The next step is orientation, which at this time we go over the membership handbook and at the end of orientaion and all membership fees have been paid you will complete the memebership agreement and be assigned your room.

Membership Fees starts at $900 for shared rooms and for a private room the membership fee is $1200 includes a private bathroom. $1000 for private room with access to the shared bathroom.
